I started with Arthur Murray in 2002, at the Redwood City, Ca. Location. Thought it was going to be just a part time job and it turned into the most rewarding career you can imagine. Through the years I've been able to accomplish numerous top teacher and executive awards but what I loved the most about my career is all the students, seeing their growth, their changes and their accomplishments were more rewarding to me than any of my own achievements. My husband C.J Gomez and I currently own the Arthur Murray in Millbrae, which we just opened in the fall of 2014 and have our first child on the way, baby boy due in May 2016. CJ and I are currently still active competitive dancers just on a little break till baby is born.

What do you love to do when you're not working as a traveling consultant?

I enjoy shopping, spending time with my maltipoo and soon to be spending time with my newborn.

What sets Arthur Murray apart from every other dance studio?

It's really one giant family, it doesn't matter which school you go to all over the world, everyone is very welcoming and you're guaranteed an awesome experience.

Things I pack on every trip (and you should too)

Superglue (just in case a nail breaks), anti frizze (if you've got curly hair and you're in humidity, it may be a disaster), purse food (snacks in your purse just in case you get really hungry)
