What have you found out since taking this job?

One thing I've found out since taking this job is that dance is not just an art, it's truly a form of therapy and it really does change people's lives, including the life of those who work in the industry. 

What’s the best thing about the team you work with?

Every single person is dedicated to what they do. I am proud of the work I do, day in and day out and to share this mindset with my coworkers is a great feeling.
