Back in 2006 Marianne came to Arthur Murray looking for a receptionist position. She was a college student working part time at Best Buy and loved the idea of working in a dance studio. Through the interview process, Marianne shared stories of her early years as a ballet, tap, and jazz dancer at a local studio in Fremont. She had no idea, but she was auditioning for a teaching job and beyond. After 8 years of teaching and professional
competition with Arthur Murray Hayward, Marianne is now the new co-owner of the Arthur Murray Fremont studio. Her incredible energy, fearlessness, and spunk earned her the nickname “Spider Monkey”, and now that little monkey is all grown up.
