April 2015
I had never had a desk job before and the organizational aspect excited me.
On any day, I’ve gotten to witness how so many people with so many different backgrounds can come together for one common interest and find they actually have more in common.
As an admin, it’s a great feeling when I know students notice when I’m gone. It’s nice that I’m a real part of their day in the studio.
Our team genuinely wants to see each other grow. The constructive criticism really is constructive.
It gets hectic and fast paced, but it’s nothing but encouraging instead of stressful.
The changes I’ve made as a person.
Shoes are my first love. I keep an inventory, and after buying, selling, and trading, I currently have 75 pairs of shoes.
Assistant manager at Finish Line, and a sales associate at DSW.
The one-on-one instruction is unique, and all the fun, development and progress of our students into dancers is there without the intense pressure of competition. It makes the culture of the studio more inviting to more kinds of people.
